Application:
MMC is mainly used as bonding agent, dilute agent, disintegrating agent, assist in flowing. Its concentration is about 5 to 60 percent, it is used as capsule packing agent, its concentration is 10 to 60 percent.
In food production, it is used as texturizer, anti-caking agent, fat substitute, emulsifier, extender, and bulking agent.
