Superiority
Product description: The silicon-containing part of the product molecule has strong adhesion to the substrate. The primary amine functional group interacts with a series of thermosetting resins, thermoplastic resins and rubber materials. Its molecular formula is as follows: H2NCH2CH2CH2SiCH3(OCH2CH3)2
Solubility: can be completely and easily soluble in water (chemical reaction), ethanol, aromatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is best not to use copper as a thinner.
Coatings, adhesives and sealing: The aminosilane can be used as an excellent adhesion promoter for acrylic coatings, adhesives and sealants. When used in polysulfide, polyurethane, RTV silicone resin, epoxy, nitrile and phenolic adhesives and sealants, it can improve the dispersion of pigments and tightly bond with glass, aluminum and steel.
Glass-reinforced resin system: In glass-reinforced thermosetting resin, KH-902 silane coupling agent can enhance the bending strength, impact strength and tensile strength of the resin in moisture. At the same time, it is the same for glass exposed to moisture in reinforced thermosetting plastic, polyamide, polyester and polycarbonate.
Fiber and mineral fabric insulation material: As a phenolic resin bonding additive, KH-902 silane coupling agent improves moisture resistance and resilience after compression.
